This feature also includes over / under voltage protection, as well as pan size and pan type recognition to protect your pans from damage and food from burning. With a fast response surface, this range prevents surges or spikes in temperature when moving the pan through sauteing or tossing.

The automatic pan recovery recognizes pans as you lift or tilt them from the surface during cooking and adjusts to your movements - mimicking the benefits of cooking on a gas range without the flash point or price point.
